it turned out that #3&4 were not what i had been looking for. they are interior parts that hold the window glass. maybe its name is something 'finish' as in 'roof drip side finish'?

odd but it doesn't happen always. and when it happens, i can just turn off HID, accelerate over 3000RPMs and then turn on the headlights with no problem.

i figured out that the part# is 75571-20420. diagram looks a bit tricky. the reveal molding should have been put above the glass, i think.

i found a diagram but there wasn't a seal around the glass. i wonder how repainting body is dealt with window seal. i guess simple repainting without removing the seal would not last long...
