If the whistle is coming from the timing belt area it could be that the timing belt was installed to tight.

I bought NGK Laser Iridium plugs and NGK power cables for $150.00 shipped, they work really good, engine revs smoother. Plugs were $8.00 each, plug wires were $100.00.

dude, don't buy them from ebay, I bought a set of kyb GR-2s for my 97 celica convertible, and they didn't match, I got ripped off; also they looked kind of fake, they didn't look like genuine kyb's.
