ok well the easiest way to remove your intake manifold on the 3sgte is to remove the throttle body first and then valve cover! trust me ive done this like 10 times!!! and ive tried every way, i think ...

so after 3 days it looks like this!!!! the valve cover has a little issue but i fix that be just straying it quick and 20 mins in the oven haha!
