My spoiler had a TON of adhesives under it when I took it off. I ended up buying some fishing line and sawing it back and forth under the posts to cut through the adhesives. It took about an hour.

My 97 GT doesn't have ABS. And, I think the easiest way to check would be to slam on the brakes on gravel and see if the pedal vibrates back at you.
