Damm. Mr. T has some issues.... I wonder how did he manage to confuse a celica with a LC. wow that's scarry. If I was you I wouln't buy brakes from him again...

Believe it or not the PCV Valve will also help as will a new air filter. (unles you have a high performance filter on it)

You could also try to remove the fuel cap and put your ear in the hole and have somebody turn the ignition switch on. You should be able to hear the fuel pump run for about two seconds and then stop...
