As long as your double din has speaker outs (pretty much all do) you should just be able to grab a harness adapater that adapts the Toyota harness to whatever make of head unit you get and it will run...

On my JDM car there is a connector on top of the speaker housing that the tweeters can plug in to. I don't use it though as I use a crossover
