That header will only bolt up to the corresponding generation 3S it was meant for. So if thats meant for a 3rd gen 3S, it won't bolt up to a 2nd gen 3S, and vice-versa.

90-93 Celica GT/GT-S S53 tranny axles work since more than likely that 2nd gen 3S-GE tranny is a S53.

Speedo don't work, but I've hit 6000 RPM's in 5th gear on a 3rd gen 3S-GE tranny with 205/50/15 tires.
Edit: Disregard my statement since it wasn't done on a 6GC.

Both the SX and ZR have 5S-FE engines? If they do then you won't have problems swapping cams, but you won't gain any power since they're the same.
