The clips are to hold the lense NOT the rubber to the housing, only for the lows though, as for the highs the rubbers attach to the bumper.

Are you still using ur W2A setup? If not and you havent ground the pink wire then you're running in safe-boost mode, which is around 5psi I think.

The front capliers have two 17mm bolts that hold them tightly to the steering knuckle. The rears have 14mm bolts.

If ur planning to power the speakers as well then I suggest you get the AB or B class amps (A class is just too damn expensive), if you're just gonna power the sub alone then get some D class amp.
