You have to spend for better wheels if you don't want to increse weight.
15 usually weight 15lbs
17 often weight 23 lbs...
that's a big difference....

Even in 17, make sure you get quality rims if you don't want to roll on with square rims in a month....I spent close 500$ cdn in wheels repair last year with 17 Mille Miglia ...The roads are pretty ba...

Last year, in a 1990 gt-s, my friend (i was sitting beside him) drove at least 100 km in 30 min., that means 125 mph, so no matter the speedo, we drove that speed. The speedo actually showed 190 km/h....
