The manufacture date is OCT - 97 so its def 96+.
I guess i can try calling toyota and see if they know anything.

2JZ valves
Existing 5sfe stem seals
Smaller shims or 1zz buckets
valve seats to be reground (worth it to have a 3 or 5 angle job?)
