low rpm start up, i assume its under 1000? would most likely be the temp sensor, if the engine thinks its warm it wont throw as much fuel on startup

standard is actualy 35W 9006 for the Low beam and 55W 9005 for the Hi-beam.
If you use 55w for the Low's they wont last as long bro, and frankly aren't any brighter
