my front/back fit pretty easily. Just make sure you get the right 404/404a 94-95 bumper fits 404 and 96-99 fits 404a lip if im not mistaken.

If im going like 30, ill downshift to 2nd when im coming up on a stoplight. then when the rpms get around 1500 or so i bump it in neutral and stop. In my old crx, shifting to first even at 5-10rpms it...
