hey speedracer. lol. i think he really didnt have to modify anything to be able to get that lip. i think his gt4 hood and bumper are hiding a 3sgte that came from the factory like that.

as long as you get a decent quality tire you wont have a problem with big rims having blwon out tires. thats why i got runflats. stap them with a knife and nothing happens
