doesnt matter what kind of turbo u have, depends on how hard u push ur car. so if u gave it a good a hard drive, maybe a minute, otherwise i would set it for 30 seconds any other time.

sounds like the icv. take it apart, and use sum brake cleaner. when u spray it, rock the valve side to side, until u feel it completely loosen !

there has been many cases where there wasnt an intercooler, that the engine blew up as well, it is necessary, along with a bpv or bov.

stock 360 injectors i believe are side mount. the 5sfe injectors are top mount, hence they will not fit. stick with the 415's. u will need to get a piggyback ecu, otherwise ur car will idle like crap,...
