mines not turbod yet and sumtimes it knocks, every once in awhile. my engine has been rebuilt too, with maybe 20k miles on it. i dont kno wat the issue is, but its not scaring me greatly.

i didnt tear mine up at all. if u havent removed the cover in awhile, get a rubber mallet and tap it a lil. should come up fine. i didnt have to replace my gasket. just dont be crazy with it.

you cant weld on cast iron. if ur trying to add on a tap for a sensor, ur gonna have to bore a hold and thread it, then add a tap that way. but anyways, no, you cannot unweld anything on a cast iron.

jsut spoke to a place, they said i had to sign a waiver of liability, and it would cost 79/hr if i bought the alarm there, or 99/hr if i brought in my own.
