the flywheel won't give you any extra hp, but it will help get the power to the wheels. It'll get you up to high rpms quicker. If you have the money, I'd get one.

Had an extra turbo layin around the garage so decided to get it rebuilt and sell it.
Was rebuilt by Turbo Electric in Phoenix, a very respectable turbo rebuild shop.
Bought the core for $225 + rebuild...

Its for your Crankcase Vent, coming out the side of your valve cover.
The Injen intakes come with the port on the intake and also include a vac line, so I imagine itd be better to have it.
