Just put coppers in and change them every 15k miles. Thats just a waste of money. Unless your a turbo car then it makes no difference.

real easy...if your a auto you will wanna change your filter too. Standards are easier though because you dont have the drop the whole transmission pan and pull the filter out. Still a pretty simple...
