Wow, I didn't know that much power could be gained by advancing your timing. I think I might put mine up to about 19 now, since I already use 93 fuel anyways.

The same goes for putting on a turbo. You usually want to go 2 steps down if you turbo so the fuel doesn't combust prematurely.

Mine whistles a little too, but I know it's because of the intake. The reason is that the box that inhibits the sound of the air rushing through the filter isn't there anymore.
