Take the top part of the panel off in the inside of the car near the rear. Than put the Sunroof all the way back and you'll see 2 small holes, air blast them like stevest202 said. That should fix you...

Had the same problem when I let someone cut my rotors. Replace the rotors and brakes and it will stop wobbling when you brake.
