Your figures of the 3S-GE are from the 4th gen probably. The 3rd gen has 129 KW @7000 and 186NM of torque@4800. Also the CR is 10.3:1 not 10.0:1.

You wont find any Japanese rims for that. 5x100 is usually only considered as a Subaru wheel. There are a few 32,35,38 offsets with 8 and 8.5J rims and thats it.
But 9.5J with a ET of 10

I had something similair like this with my 3S-GE. It would drop below idle speed and die. Did you try using the gas pedal to keep it reving at say 2000 rpm. If that works it could be a faulty TPS sens...

It cutts off on 18PSI because the Fuel Cut Defencer comes in. Really dont drive it hard untill you find your problem otherwise it could get worse.
