it sounds to me that he has an obd1 since someone was talking about the distributor.
and obd1 or obd2 if the cam timing is off it will still idle bad.

It has to be timing... If its sluggish ur probably. A tooth off TDC OR BDC

Well if this info helps there's is a gasket o ring goes on the bypass it self into the water pump and that's what keeps them together when ur tryin to take them ...

yes you can change the springs. check on swift springs online I see people set up swift springs on megan coilovers all the time.
my question is what would be a nice spring rate for the front and rear?

On the Megan coilovers the spring rates are too harsh for the streets I'm thinking of upgrading to swift can anyone recommend a certain spring rate for front and rear?
