Best grounding points are any part of the car chassis. Make sure to sand off the paint and after bolting the lug down, spray some paint over it or use nail polish etc in order to stop it from rusting....

However, instead of running it through the grommet that had the nipple, I ran it back out into the engine bay through the hole just above it...
