go to an auto store and buy some stuff called Navy Jelly, gets rust off then sand it down till it smooth and the fill it with a plastic filler, or just some spot putty if its not that big

o ok if its not that much. get a colth and some thinner and damp the cloth, let it dry a sec on the cloth. rub of the spots. dont rub hard becasue the old paint will rise , if that dont work sh*t pain...
