My bracket is the stock 94-95 bracket for the igniter. I think I may have modified the coil bracket to mount it under the ignitor facing the front of the car.

just the bridging of fp and +b applies... assumptions owned me. it's pretty much down to your fuel pump relay(COR), wiring, or the pump itself.
