A buckle is when you hit a pot hole in the road and the throws the wheel out of shape a little. The buckled wheel isnt badly out of shape, it is safe to drive on and it holes air!

i think the rear side windows are that film tint so that will peel off like creis said, but im nearly sure the rear window is sprayed...so there is no other way off getting rid of the tint on the rear...
